Website use
The NozzleNote by BMR website provides product positioning, documentation drafts, support-readiness notes, release preparation information, roadmap context, catalog planning, and preliminary legal placeholders. Website information is preliminary and provided for planning and general information only while the app remains in development.
Product development status
NozzleNote by BMR is still in development and is not publicly available yet. The website does not currently provide installers, binaries, purchase links, app store listings, beta signup forms, authentication, checkout, or paid plans. Any future release should include reviewed terms, license information, support expectations, privacy information, known limitations, backup guidance, and release notes before files are published.
No warranty-style claims
Current website content should not be read as a promise that the app will prevent printer issues, diagnose failures, control printers, replace manufacturer manuals, provide warranty support, or produce specific maintenance outcomes. Maintenance records and reminders are intended as planning aids only, and users remain responsible for printer safety, inspection, and manufacturer guidance.
Support boundaries
NozzleNote by BMR does not provide support for unsafe maintenance instructions, manufacturer warranty matters, manufacturer service channels, printer repair, direct printer control, firmware changes, or manufacturer-owned troubleshooting procedures. Current public support is limited to website information and development updates, as described in the support hub.
Acceptable use
Visitors should not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its static hosting, copy content in a misleading way, imply manufacturer endorsement, or present draft documentation as final legal, safety, or technical guidance.
Related pages
Privacy direction is summarized in the draft privacy notice. Future commercial questions should refer to the draft refund policy, future license planning appears in the draft license terms, and manufacturer independence is explained in the manufacturer disclaimer.
Future updates
These terms may change before public release and should be reviewed before commercial availability, license activation, payment processing, app store distribution, account features, support workflows that collect user information, or any public release. Current release readiness is tracked on the release preparation page, with broader sequencing on the roadmap.
