Current website data collection
This static website does not provide accounts, checkout, support forms, app downloads, license activation, cloud sync, or mobile app features. Apart from the Early Interest form described below, it does not intentionally collect names, emails, printer records, maintenance records, payment data, license data, or support messages through site forms.
Current website analytics and cookies
The website provides an analytics cookie settings control that allows visitors to accept or reject basic analytics cookies. If analytics are rejected, non-essential Google Analytics 4 measurement should not be loaded.
When PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured with a valid GA4 Measurement ID, the cookie banner appears for visitors without a saved preference, and the default state is analytics disabled. Visitors can accept analytics, reject analytics, or use the footer “Cookie settings” control to change their preference later. Rejecting analytics does not block site access.
If accepted, GA4 may use cookies or identifiers for basic website measurement, including page views, traffic sources, referrers, scroll behavior, outbound clicks, and general engagement. If the measurement ID is missing or invalid, the website does not render the GA4 configuration and does not attempt to load GA4. If analytics consent is rejected after previously being accepted, the site stops future GA4 loads where practical and attempts to clear existing GA cookies.
Analytics limits
- No advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, User-ID tracking, Google Ads linking, custom dimensions, e-commerce tracking, manual link-click instrumentation, form instrumentation, or manual personal-data collection has been added.
- No form input is sent to GA4.
- Website browsing is not described with broad privacy-by-default language. Local-first language is reserved for planned app maintenance records and local-first app data.
Early Interest form
The Early Interest form may collect email address, user type, number of 3D printers, printer models, current maintenance tracking method, biggest maintenance frustration, and consent to receive updates.
The purpose is to send occasional NozzleNote by BMR product updates, roadmap notes and future release information, and to understand early product interest. Form submissions are processed by Formspree as the form service provider. Visitors should review Formspree’s own privacy and data-processing terms if they want to understand how Formspree handles submitted form data.
Early Interest List data should not be sold, should not be shared with printer manufacturers, advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties, and should not be used for unrelated marketing. Early Interest form data may be kept while NozzleNote by BMR is being developed and while the visitor remains interested in receiving updates.
Visitors may request removal at any time by contacting contact@nozzlenote.com. If no automated unsubscribe link is available yet, visitors must be able to request removal by contacting contact@nozzlenote.com.
Visitors should not submit printer serial numbers, private account details, payment data, sensitive personal information or confidential maintenance records.
Future local-first app data direction
NozzleNote by BMR is being developed with app maintenance records planned to stay local by default. Public app behavior, backups, exports, account features, license activation, cloud sync, mobile app functionality, and support workflows are not final and should be documented and reviewed before release.
Future or conditional data categories
